Skyline administers databases for a large number of application vendors on behalf of our Managed Services customers, and we work closely with those ISVs to deliver the full range of DBA tasks, from daily monitoring through patch application to full database upgrades.

Many ISVs have customers who do not employ a full-time DBA but who still require DBA support to monitor and maintain their application databases. Providing this service to your customers can be expensive and may not be a core activity for you, so Skyline provides a white labelled DBA Support Service that ISVs can resell to support their customers’ application databases.

This is a partnership model that we have developed over many years of working with ISVs and we work closely with you to resolve any issues without undermining customer confidence or satisfaction with your application.

Our pricing structure is extremely competitive and allows a good margin to be retained by our partner ISVs.
